How often is the data refreshed?
Your customer profiles can be updated in real-time, or refreshed on a more regular schedule. Data availabilty is based on your pricing plan.
Can you integrate with my sales data?
Yes we can. We'll work with you to build out your customer profiles with internal data you already have.
How do I see my customer profiles?
There are two ways you can see your customers. Number 1: We'll give you access to our API. At anytime you can pull real-time customer profiles to see deep data and how they relate to your brand. Number 2: We also have a customer dashboard where you can see high-level data and download reports.
What action can I take with my customer profiles?
Now that you have a deeper understanding about key customers you can start to target them with personalized offers, recommendations and more. With this rich profile you can start to give your customers exactly what they want, instead of what you think they want.
How much time does it take to get up and running?
If you don't use social sign on getting it added takes a couple of hours. Once it's up and running you'll start to see valuable profiles you can take action on. If we need to integrate with your existing social sign on partner we'll work with them to get it done right away.
